    • Estimated delivery time: 1-2 business days

2. Free Shipping Eligibility

We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders over a certain amount. To be eligible, your order must meet the minimum purchase requirement, which will be clearly displayed during checkout. Free shipping applies only to the contiguous United States and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and international locations.


3. Shipping Fees

4. International Shipping

Currently, FutureRapic ships to select international locations. If you are located outside the United States, you may be able to purchase our products. International shipping rates and delivery times will be provided during the checkout process. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. Please note that processing times may vary based on product availability, order volume, and shipping method. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

  1. Pre-Orders and Backordered Items:
    If an item in your order is on backorder or is a pre-order item, you will be notified via email with an estimated shipping date. These items will be shipped as soon as they are available.

6. Delivery Delays and Issues

While we strive for timely delivery, there are certain circumstances that may cause delays. These may include:

  1. Weather Delays:
    Extreme weather conditions can cause delays in shipping, particularly for expedited shipments.

7. Shipping Address

When placing an order, please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. FutureRapic is not responsible for items that are lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


8. Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@futurerapic.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, offer a replacement or refund for the damaged or lost goods.


9. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order’s progress and receive updates on its estimated delivery date.
