At FutureRapic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you ordered, this Refund and Returns Policy outlines how you can return or exchange them.

1. Returns and Exchanges

1.1 Eligibility for Returns

You can return most items purchased from FutureRapic within 30 days of receiving the product, provided they are:

  • In unused and resalable condition.
  • In their original packaging with all tags, accessories, and instructions included.

Certain items, such as customized furniture or clearance items, may be excluded from returns. Please refer to the specific product pages for return details.

1.2 How to Return or Exchange an Item

To return or exchange an item:

  1. Contact our customer service via email at info@futurerapic.com or call us at (513) 841-9050 to initiate the return process.
  2. Provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the product back.
  4. Once the return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was delivered.

2. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.

2.1 Partial Refunds

In some cases, a partial refund may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts. If this applies to your return, you will be notified beforehand.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and arrange for a replacement or refund. We ask that you include photos of the damaged or defective item when contacting us.

5. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Orders that have not been shipped can be canceled for a full refund. Once your order has been shipped, it will be subject to our return policy.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are possible for defective items, items that were sent in error, or when you want to change the size or color of the product. We will send you the new item and process a refund for the original purchase, provided the return conditions are met.
